Description

BTH/600/1500/B Hydraulic Dolav Bin Tipper

This Hydraulic Dolav Bin Tipper was designed to lift and tip a standard Dolav Bin (1200 x 1000 x 800mm High) at a height of 1500mm and has a Safe Working Load of 600 Kgs. The Hydraulic Dolav Tipper is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a fully welded construction throughout and is designed to be bolted to the floor. This Hydraulic Dolav Bin Tipper was powered via a hydraulic powerpack and tipped the containers by the extension of a pair of stainless steel hydraulic cylinder to an angle of 30 degrees past the horizontal. The hydraulic cylinders are fitted with a safety check valve such that even in the unlikely event of a hydraulic hose failure, the raised bin will not fall to the floor.

Hydraulic Dolav Bin Tipper Electrical Control

This Hydraulic Dolav Bin Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main frame at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). The unguarded Hydraulic Dolav Tipper operates on a ‘hold to run’ principle such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Hydraulic Dolav Tipper to operate. As soon as either button is released, the Hydraulic Dolav Tipper will stop. The control panel has a volt free pair of contacts which can be used to connect a ‘Call to Run’ signal if required.
