BTP/75/900/B Pneumatic Bin Wash Tipper

This Bin Wash Tipper is designed to lift and tip a 500 Litre Stainless Steel Tote Bin to a tip height of approximately 900mm from the floor. This Bin Wash Tipper is powered pneumatically and the bin is tipped over by a pneumatic cylinder to an angle of 10 degrees past the horizontal. This allows both the inside and the outside of the bin to be pressure washed. The Bin Wash Tipper is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a fully TIG welded construction throughout and is bolted to the floor.

Bin Wash Tipper Control

The pneumatic controls for this Bin Wash Tipper are fitted within the stainless steel side enclosures with dual push button controls on each side of the Bin Wash Tipper. The Bin Wash Tipper has ‘hold to run’ control such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Bin Wash Tipper to operate. As soon as the button is released, the Bin Wash Tipper will stop.
