Description

BTH/300/1295/M/12V Battery Operated Dump Buggy Tipper

This Battery Operated Dump Buggy Tipper is designed to lift and tip a standard 200 or 300 Litre Dump Buggy at a height of 1295mm (51”) and has a Safe Working Load of 300 Kgs. The Battery Operated Dump Buggy Tipper is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a TIG welded construction throughout and is mobile on castors. This Battery Operated Dump Buggy Tipper is powered via a hydraulic powerpack and tips the Dump Buggy by the extension of a stainless steel hydraulic cylinder to an angle of 30 degrees past the horizontal. The hydraulic cylinder is fitted with a safety check valve such that even in the unlikely event of a hydraulic hose failure, the raised bin will not fall to the floor.

Battery Operated Dump Buggy Tipper Electrical Control

This Battery Operated Dump Buggy Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main frame at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). The unguarded Battery Operated Dump Buggy Tipper operates on a ‘hold to run’ principle such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Battery Operated Dump Buggy Tipper to operate. As soon as either button is released, the Battery Operated Dump Buggy Tipper will stop. The control panel has a volt free pair of contacts which can be used to connect a ‘Call to Run’ signal if required.
