BTH/500/500/B/G Hydraulic 120 & Hydraulic Wheelie Bin TipperThe Hydraulic Wheelie Bin Tipper was designed to lift and tip 2 off 240 Litre Wheelie Bins or 2 off 120 Litre Wheelie Bins at a height of 500mm at the edge of a Loading Bay directly into a skip and had a Safe Working Load of 500 Kgs. The Hydraulic Wheelie Bin Tipper was constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, was a fully welded construction throughout and was designed to be bolted to the floor. This Hydraulic Wheelie Bin Tipper was powered via a hydraulic powerpack and tipped the Wheelie Bins by the extension of a hydraulic cylinder to an angle of 30 degrees past the horizontal. The hydraulic cylinder was fitted with a safety check valve such that even in the unlikely event of a hydraulic hose failure, the raised bins will not fall to the floor. Safety Guard to BS EN 14120:2015 Safety of Machinery GuardsThe Hydraulic Wheelie Bin Tipper was supplied complete with a safety guard to meet the guidelines of BS EN 14120:2015 Safety of Machinery Guards. The safety guard was constructed from 40 x 40 x 3mm stainless steel box section and 40 x 40mm aperture, 3mm wire stainless steel weld mesh and enclosed the machine to a height of 2200mm on two sides. The loading and unloading position is guarded using a Safety Light Barrier. Hydraulic Wheelie Bin Tipper Electrical ControlThe Hydraulic Wheelie Bin Tipper was fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which was mounted on the main frame at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). Upper and Lower end of travel limit switches are positioned to prevent inadvertent adjustment or damage but are easily adjustable by trained personnel for fine adjustment on site. The control panel incorporates the following controls; Control On, Auto Tip Cycle Start, Emergency Stop and a Reset Facility. The Hydraulic Wheelie Bin Tipper operation is based on an automated tip cycle such that once 2 off bins are loaded and the tip cycle is initiated, the machine will travel to the full up position, pause while the bins discharge and then return to the full down position. If the Safety Light Barrier is broken at any time, the machine will stop.
